All personal information relating to visitors, subscribers or other users who browse the PRIMARIU website will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The regulation, in force from 25 May 2018, reformulates the European Union's data protection rules and ensures citizens greater control over their personal data.
Some examples of personal data "provided by the" data subject in an active and conscious manner are, for example, data relating to accounts and transmitted via forms. The following categories can be classified as "provided by the data subject": 1) Data provided by the data subject in an active and conscious manner when registering optional (eg postal address, username, age, etc.) ; 2) Observed data provided by the data subject, due to the use of the service or device (eg, history of searches performed, traffic data and location data. The registration is for the user to access services such as newsletter subscription, educational content and other offers made available by PRIMARIU to its community. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

3.2 MARKETING EFFORTS:
PRIMARIU may process data to send information via email and telephone about services and content. This data processing will be carried out only with the respective consent, provided at the time of subscribing to the newsletter through the form present on the PRIMARIU website, on the blog and in other communications from the agency. The data may also be used for the purpose of conducting marketing campaigns through social networks, such as, for example, Facebook. Consent for the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes can be revoked at any time.
3.3. TARGET DEFINITION:
PRIMARIU defines customer profiles based on information related to their behavior on the website. This information is analyzed to identify your information consumption profile. This analysis allows PRIMARIU to improve its offer, plan and manage its communication and also send personalized and appropriate information to a specific profile.

SECTION 5 – LOCATION AND STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
PRIMARIU stores customer and user data on its servers located in the European Union. All of these servers follow high security standards in order to protect data and respect all applicable privacy rules. The period during which the data is stored and preserved varies according to the purpose for which the information is used. There are, however, legal requirements that oblige you to keep data for a certain period. Thus, and whenever there is no specific legal requirement, data will be stored and preserved for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or provided or for the period authorized by the National Data Protection Commission.
SECTION 6 – RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER OF PERSONAL DATA
WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER?
At any time, the holder may request us:
- Access to the information we have about you;
- The rectification of the information, if it is incorrect or incomplete;
- The elimination or limitation of the processing of your personal data;
- If the treatment depends on your consent or agreement and it is carried out by automated means, you are entitled to send the personal data previously provided, in a structured, commonly used and computer readable format;
- The holder of personal data has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.
SECTIN 7 – DATA PORTABILITY
Article 20 of the GDPR also establishes a new right to data portability, which is closely linked to the right of access. The purpose of this new right is to empower the data subjects, giving them greater control over the personal data that concern them.
The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him / her and which he / she has provided to a controller in a structured format, in common use and automatic reading, and the right to transmit this data to another controller without the person responsible for whom the personal data was provided can prevent it.
WHAT TIME DOES IT TAKE TO RESPOND TO A PORTABILITY REQUEST?
Article 12 (3) requires the controller to provide “the holder with information on the measures taken ... without undue delay and within one month of receiving the request. ». This one-month period may be extended up to a maximum of three months for complex cases, provided that the data subject has been informed of the reasons for the extension within one month from the date of the initial request.
HOW SHOULD PORTABLE DATA BE PROVIDED?
Pursuant to Article 20 (1) of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to transmit the data to another controller without the person responsible for whom the personal data has been provided can prevent it. Article 20 (2) imposes an obligation on controllers to transmit portable data directly to other controllers "where technically possible".
